- Website enquiries — name, email address, gym name, job title, and message content submitted via our contact or enquiry forms
- Operator accounts — business name, billing address, contact details, and payment information for gym operators purchasing or leasing AUTO-LOAD equipment
- Member app accounts — name, email address, and workout preferences for gym members using the AUTO-LOAD member app
- Usage data — workout data, weight selections, and equipment usage logs generated through the AUTO-LOAD system
- Device information — device type, operating system, app version, and IP address
- Payment information — processed securely via Stripe. We do not store card details on our servers

Operator and member account data is retained for the duration of the contract plus 6 years for financial record purposes.
