These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the AUTO-LOAD website (auto-load.com), the AUTO-LOAD member application, and any products or services provided by AUTO-LOAD LTD ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing our website, using our application, or purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.
1. About Us
AUTO-LOAD LTD is a technology company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 16381419), registered office 4 Rushey Field, Bromley Cross, Bolton, BL7 9HQ, United Kingdom. We design, manufacture, and supply automated barbell loading systems for the commercial fitness industry.

2. Use of Our Website and App
You may use our website and application for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:
- Use our website or app in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, servers, or databases
- Transmit any harmful, offensive, or unlawful content
- Use automated tools to scrape, extract, or harvest data from our website or app
- Reproduce, duplicate, or exploit any part of our website or app without prior written consent
3. Product Sales and Orders
All orders for AUTO-LOAD hardware are subject to a separate commercial agreement between AUTO-LOAD LTD and the purchasing gym operator. The following general terms apply:
- All prices are quoted exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated
- Orders are confirmed only upon receipt of a signed purchase order or written acceptance
- Lead times will be confirmed at the point of order
- Title to goods passes to the buyer upon receipt of full payment
- Risk in goods passes to the buyer upon delivery
- We reserve the right to withdraw or amend product specifications without notice, provided this does not materially affect performance
4. Software Subscription
Access to the AUTO-LOAD software platform, member app, and analytics dashboard is provided via a subscription model:
- Subscription fees are charged monthly or annually as agreed in your commercial contract
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled with 30 days' written notice prior to renewal
- We reserve the right to adjust subscription pricing with 60 days' prior notice
- Failure to pay subscription fees may result in suspension of software access
5. Installation and Maintenance
- Installation of AUTO-LOAD equipment is carried out by our authorised engineers or approved partners
- The operator is responsible for ensuring a suitable installation environment as specified in our technical requirements document
- Unauthorised modifications to AUTO-LOAD equipment will void the warranty and may constitute a breach of these Terms
- Preventive maintenance schedules must be followed as specified in the product documentation
6. Warranty
- AUTO-LOAD hardware is warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for 12 months from the date of installation (standard) or as extended under a premium warranty agreement
- The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, negligence, unauthorised modification, or failure to follow maintenance guidelines
- Warranty claims must be submitted to carlstabler@auto-load.com with proof of purchase and a description of the defect
- Our liability under warranty is limited to repair or replacement of the defective component at our discretion
7. Safety and Liability
AUTO-LOAD systems are designed for use in commercial gym environments by trained staff and adult members. You agree that:
- The gym operator is responsible for ensuring equipment is used safely and in accordance with our operating guidelines
- AUTO-LOAD LTD shall not be liable for injury, loss, or damage arising from misuse, improper installation, or failure to follow safety instructions
- The operator must ensure all safety sensors and interlocks remain functional and are not tampered with
- Emergency stop functionality must be tested regularly and must remain accessible at all times
8. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the AUTO-LOAD system — including hardware designs, software, algorithms, trade marks, and branding — are owned by or licensed to AUTO-LOAD LTD. You may not copy, reproduce, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from any part of our products without prior written consent.
The AUTO-LOAD trade mark (UK00004193302) is a registered trade mark of AUTO-LOAD LTD.
9. Confidentiality
Any technical, commercial, or business information shared by AUTO-LOAD LTD in connection with a sales process, pilot programme, or commercial agreement is confidential and must not be disclosed to third parties without our prior written consent.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- AUTO-LOAD LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of our products or services
- Our total aggregate liability in connection with any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to AUTO-LOAD LTD in the 12 months preceding the claim
- Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
11. Termination
Either party may terminate a commercial agreement in accordance with the terms of that agreement. We reserve the right to suspend access to software services immediately in the event of a material breach of these Terms or non-payment of fees.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email. Continued use of our website, app, or services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
